Nestlé gives away a six months' supply of Fonds Brun Lié stock

Nestlé Professional has teamed up with Caterer and Hotelkeeper to offer one reader the chance to win a six month supply of its newest CHEF product - CHEF Flakes Fonds Brun Lié, a thickened brown stock that can be used as a base for all brown sauces.

An extension to the CHEF Flakes range, the distinctive "flake" shape of the product ensures both premium end quality and operational benefits for chefs. It dissolves quicker and better than powder while enabling chefs to prepare more than jus. The product is also ideal for creating flavoured biscuits, meat crusts, pannes, jellies and marinades.

Made from quality ingredients and with a high meat content, each flake contains 100% of the original ingredients present in the stock, ensuring intense flavours and aromas.

For your chance to win this prize - capable of producing 360 litres of stock and worth £235 - e-mail your name, business address and contact telephone number to chef.offer@tsplashp.com by 29 February 2012.
