Nestlé Professional](http://www.nestleprofessional.com/uk/en/Pages/Redirect.aspx) has launched a new beverage programme to food service operators in the UK.
Viaggi provides high-quality, barista-style beverages using breakthrough technology to provide a new range of products in an innovative system along with a menu of hot or over-ice espresso-based specialities and chocolate-based beverages.
The Viaggi system is built around the beverage expertise of Nestlé Professional and uses a blend of specifically developed Grand Cru coffee extract by Nescafé, liquid chocolate concentrate by Cailler and milk by Nestlé. The system also benefits from the experience of world-renowned Italian machine manufacturer La Cimbali.
The programme has more than 40 different beverages and its exclusive technology combined with a continuous aseptic dispensing packaging, fully optimises food safety.
In recognition of its breakthrough technology, Viaggi won the coveted Grand Prix de L'Innovation award in the Equipment and Services category at the international SIRHA show earlier this year in Lyon, France.
The beverage programme will be presented for the very first time at [Caffè Culture ](http://www.caffeculture.com/)at London Olympia, on 16-17 May 2012.
