To help caterers get the most out of their Oriental and Asian menus, the Authentic Food Company operates a Curry Club for its customers.
The Oriental range at Authentic Food incorporates flavours such as lemon grass, coriander and sweet chilli.
A number of frozen meals are available, including Aromatic Thai King Prawn Curry, Malaysian Beef Rendang, Szechuan Prawns and Thai Green Chicken Curry.
The dishes are supplied in 350g portions with 12 portions per case.
