Details Created by Dorchester-trained chef Nigel Crane, the mixes are designed to taste like home-made stock with a clear appearance and the right balance of seasoning. They can be added to a dish at any stage of the cooking process.

Health benefits The mixes are free from MSG, preservatives and gluten and have a low fat content of 3%. Salt levels across the Essential range have been slashed by 25% in recent years.
