London restaurant Nobu is the first in the UK to serve its customers Fiji Water, a silica-rich artesian water from Viti Levu island in Fiji.
This premium bottled water has a unique mineral profile because it has filtered for hundreds of years through volcanic rock into an aquifer deep underground.
The water is soft and smooth in the mouth, teams well with any cuisine or fine wine, and makes an effective palate cleanser and cocktail mixer.
Fiji Water is untouched by human hands as it is drawn through a sealed delivery system into the bottling plant above the aquifer. It is available in space-saving square bottles made from recyclable PET in 1-litre and 500ml sizes.
