King Prawn and Mussel Marinière combines easy-peel farmed warm water king prawns and Irish rope-grown mussels in a classic creamy mariniŠre sauce with garlic, onion and dry white wine flavours. The dish is individually vacuum-packed in a 450g pouch for easy portion control and is microwaveable from frozen in minutes.
The second dish is a Salmon and King Prawn Florentine, comprising a farmed salmon fillet filled with three king prawns, spinach and basil pesto. Each 185g portion is individually vacuum-packed and, after defrosting, requires 12 minutes in a hot oven or can be steamed in its packaging.
