Ready-to-use Knorr Oriental spices from Unilever

Caterers can spice up their stir-fries and dips with Knorr's Oriental ready-to-use sauces, available in a wide range of popular flavours from Cantonese Sweet and Sour to Thai Green Curry.

The sauces are microwaveable, freeze-thaw and bain-marie stable and have a shelf life of 12 months but once opened they need to be stored in the refrigerator and used within three days.

Other flavours include Thai Sweet Chilli Dipping, Hoi Sin & Plum, Chunky Sweet & Sour, Black Bean, Vietnamese Sweet Chilli, Thai Red Curry and Spicy Szechuan. The sauces are available in plastic jars supplied in a case size of 2 x 2.25 litres.
