Salad bars from Victor

Calypso and Hexagonal are two lines of refrigerated island salad bars from Victor that will display and hold chilled foods in a central position away from the main food service counters.

Both feature extra storage and display facilities, such as ambient and refrigerated cupboards to the rear.

The oblong-shaped Calypso has a double-sided sneeze screen gantry at both sides and is available in ice-cooled, blown-air or contact-cooled options.

Blown-air and contact-cooled models use one-piece, stainless-steel wells. The blown-air units - which operate between 3°C and 5°C - have microprocessor control and automatic defrost and condense facilities, while contact-cooled appliances achieve surface temperatures between 0°C and 1°C.

The stainless-steel-topped units come in three lengths and are fitted with tray slides to both sides and heavy-duty castors.

Stylish Hexagonal bars have one-piece stainless-steel wells, microprocessor-based temperature controls, and automatic defrost and condensate functions.

Used with blown air wells, they operate between 3°C and 5°C. They can be fitted with fluorescent lighting within a sneeze screen canopy, with plate shelves and illuminated side panels available on request.
