Details A short-term hire facility for the Pacojet food processor - useful for events, competitions or guest chefs. It was used by Pierre Koffmann for his pop-up restaurant in Selfridges. The Pacojet makes smooth savoury and sweet dishes such as sorbets, ice-creams, patés, mousses and soup concentrates.
