Silverlink, Opus 700 and LMR9 ranges from Lincat

A span of light, medium and heavy-duty ranges from Lincat can cater for most commercial kitchens' needs.

Its light- to medium-duty Silverlink 600 line includes two gas ranges - the £1,406 SLR6 four-burner and the £1,549 SLR9 six-burner - and the £1,406 ESLR9C all-electric range that teams six hotplates with a twin fan-assisted oven.

Alternatively, operators can match a powerful V6 or V7 electric oven with a HT6 or HT7 electric boiling top, or with a griddle or bain-marie.

Heavy-duty needs are addressed in the Opus 700 line of six ovens, which include open and solid-top gas models, all-electric versions and dual-fuel formats.

Prices vary from £2,140 for the OG7001 four-burner appliance to £3,670 for the all-electric OE7008. The LMR9 six-burner gas range, priced at £1,896, plugs the gap between the Silverlink 600 and Opus 700 products.
