Range The Signature Red Wine Jus has a clean flavour, mirror-like sheen, viscous mouthfeel and excellent holding qualities, so it can be reheated, extended or finished to a chef's own recipe. Made with 100% natural ingredients, Signature Chicken Stock Reduction produces up to three litres of stock for soups, sauces, jellies and jus with the gelatinous mouthfeel of home-made stock. It can be used straight from the pack or served as a consommé. Signature Hollandaise Sauce has a rich buttery taste and excellent holding qualities that allow it to be reheated. Volume can be extended by whisking in the equivalent amount of melted butter.
