Unilever Food Solutions and Yumpingo have launched a free step-by-step guide to help hospitality businesses create menus that will maximise profits.
The guide and Excel template provide support on areas such as:
- where to start: pulling sales data and completing a ‘star/dog analysis';
- measuring and adjusting dish complexity; and
- menu price elasticity and the perception of value.
