Going for a run always calms me

Can't go wrong with a Tommy's Marg!
What is your favourite cuisine?
I have to go with Southeast Asian; the flavours are incredible
Which ingredient do you hate the most?
I'm not the biggest fan of liver
What flavour combinations do you detest?
I don't like anything with liquorice

A picture of my nephews
Which person gave you the greatest inspiration?
Probably my family. I can't choose one person, it will upset the rest!
Cast away on a desert island, what luxury would you take?
A Soda Stream. Can't go without the fizz!

Andy Murray, probably. Quite a few people say I look like him
If you had not gone into catering, where do you think you would be now?
Probably stuck behind a desk in an office

Anything with spiders
What irritates you most about the industry?
People that don't enjoy it. I'm not saying it's perfect, but our job should be to make customers happy with food and service. Not many people have that luxury in their job
When did you last eat a hamburger?
Three days ago, a classic double cheeseburger from McDonald's
What's your favourite book?
Thai Food by David Thompson. The detail and information behind the food and culture of Thailand is just incredible
What is your favourite prepared product?
I love a sriracha or any hot sauce
