Annual Awards of Excellence 2007

The Academy of Culinary Arts is pleased to announce that entries are being invited for the 25th Annual Awards of Excellence 2007 in Kitchen, Pastry and Service.
The awards are open to all young chefs, pastry chefs and waiters working in Great Britain between 20 and 26 years (inclusive) on 31 December 2006.
The regional semi-finals will take place in February 2007, and the finals will take place in April. The awards will be presented at a Gala Dinner in June 2007.
