Brian Turner's grand day out

Chef Brian Turner was among more than 100 people to pick up their CBEs at Buckingham Palace last month. Turner was appointed a CBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours List in June for his services to tourism and training in the catering industry.
He described the award as a "privilege", but felt it was a shame that so few people in the industry had been honoured when much of his work had been a team effort.
