Institute of Hospitality announces Aspiring Managers Awards Shortlist
A shortlist of eight for the Institute of Hospitality Aspiring Managers Awards has been announced ahead of its tenth awards ceremony.
Organised by the Institute of Hospitality London Branch, the awards will take place at the Four Seasons at Ten Trinity on 10 November.
The shortlist is:
- Callum Curtis-Bennett, deputy general manager of the Brookwood Partnership and 2017 Acorn Scholarship winner
- Carmen Rademacher, director of sales at Hilton London Bankside
- Charlotte Horler, front of office manager of Red Carnation Hotels' Montague on the Gardens and 2016 Acorn Scholarship winner
- Ciaran Burns, assistant front office manager at the Dorchester London
- Daniel Dreiseitel, assistant restaurant manager at the Ritz London and 2016 Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Awards of Excellence winner
- Laura Amos, catering manager at Ampersand who received the 2017 ACE Robyns Award
- Rebecca Cupitt, group manager of Lusso Catering and a Young Gun in 2011
The overall winner will receive an awards package focused on further professional development and networking, including invitations to five key industry events, a mentoring programme and accredited training.
Established in the UK in 1938, the Institute of Hospitality is the global professional body for individual hospitality managers and aspiring managers.
