Martin Nisbet joins Angelus as head chef
Thierry Tomasin's London restaurant, Angelus, has recruited Martin Nisbet as head chef.
He joins from his previous position of head chef at Antons Restaurant at Great Hallingbury Manor in Hertfordshire, which he opened with Anton Edelmann in 2007.
Nisbet, who replaces Olivier Duret at Angelus, worked alongside Edelmann for five years at the Savoy, then again at Allium in London in 2003.
