Meanwhile, sommeliers for the night will include Mark Lewis, publisher, The Caterer; Simon Numphud, head of AA Hotel Service; Julia Sibley, chief executive; Savoy Educational Trust; and Kate Levin, general manager, the Capital hotel.
Peter Hancock, chief executive, Pride of Britain will compere throughout what is expected to be a fun-packed evening, as well as oversee a charity auction.
Duncan Palmer, regional vice-president - Europe and managing director, the Langham London, said: "We are delighted to host Hospitality Action's Back to the Floor 2 at the hotel and with a list of such outstanding industry luminaries, it is set to be a wonderfully entertaining evening and I have no doubt it will raise a considerable sum for Hospitality Action".
Conceived by Pecorelli and Newman-Hall, the original Back to the Floor event in 2013, held at Penny Hill Park, Bagshot, Surrey, raised £25,000 for Hospitality Action, the industry's benevolent charity.
Tickets for the dinner can be reserved by contacting Kate Offord on 020 3004 5516 or at kofford@hospitalityaction.org.uk. Tickets cost £150 per person or £1,200 for a table of 10.
