Delisserie to open fourth site
The Premier Grill restaurant chain is to open its fourth venue after securing a site for a New York-style deli and grill called Delisserie.
Delisserie will open at 17-21 Shenley Road in Borehamwood in Hertfordshire.
The 120-cover restuarant will sit on the ground floor. First established in 2002, the brand is known for its own cured salt beef and homemade smoked ribs.
An all-day menu including breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served from 9am until 10pm.
The three other Delisserie sites are located in Stanmore, Mill Hill and Temple Fortune.
Ian Davies, managing director and founder of Delisserie, said: "We have been trading very well across our portfolio and it felt like the right time to take the next step and continue to grow by adding another site. Shelley Sandzer guided us through the process quickly and confidently with expert advice and we are thrilled to be opening in Borehamwood before the end of the year."
The deal for the site was brokered by property agent Shelley Sandzer.
