The 16-bedroom Yorke Arms hotel – holder of a Michelin star since 2003 – is being put on the market, with a price tag of around £1.75m.
Located in Ramsgill, near Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire, the hotel was bought by chef Frances Atkins and her husband Bill more more than 20 years ago,
It is situated within an 18th century coaching house and shooting lodge, which features four courtyard apartments, two dining rooms with a total of 60 covers, bar, lounge and snug.
The sale is being handed by property company Lambert Smith Hampton.
