The Falcon restaurant in Buntingford in Hertfordshire has opened its doors.
Chef Kieren Steinborn-Busse and his wife Natasha (who oversees front of house) run the restaurant in the Grade II-listed building, which serves British food based around seasonal, local produce from the likes of Solitaire Farm, Priors Hall Farm and local cheesemonger the Cheese Plate.
A Sunday roast will be a staple in the winter months, while smoked and grilled meat and fish will feature in the lighter summer dishes.
As well as the dining room, there are two private dining rooms upstairs, seating eight to 10 people each, the Oak Room and the Drawing Room, which offer a range of sharing menus.
