Adam Byatt joins caterer Create as consultant chef

Adam Byatt has been signed up by Create Food and Party Design as consultant.

The chef patron of Trinity and Bistro Union in Clapham will be exclusively available to the caterer, to design a range of seasonal menus. Byatt will also be on-hand at a number of tastings and events.

Commenting on the new working relationship, Byatt said: "As someone who is passionate about locally sourced food and using the best in British produce, I look forward to working with Create, whose approach to delicious food is based on sound traditional kitchen practices and is totally in line with my way of thinking.

"The way Create offer apprenticeships to local people really appeals to me too, they are a fantastic company to be associated with and I look forward to getting started."
