Compass Group's 24 marks 40th site
Compass Group UK & Ireland's self-service micro market 24 has reached 40 sites, following recent openings in Chester, Ipswich and Norwich.
The concept uses cashless and card payment technology and offers access to more than 300 product lines for the workplace catering market.
Following its success in the UK, 24 launched in the UK in 2014 and can now be found at workplaces, hospitals and military sites across the country.
Mark Kassapian, business director of 24, said: "It is great to have launched our 40th 24 site. We believe 24 offers a great food service solution, especially in environments where people work irregular hours.
"In the last two years, 24 has seen strong growth and we look forward to launching more sites in the future. 24 provides an exceptional tailored solution to meet the requirements of our clients."
According to Compass Group, the micro market has safety monitoring options and a backup system to ensure the facility is always available.
