Harper Adams catering manager David Nuttall has been reappointed as an advisor on food safety at the Food Standards Agency (FSA). Nuttalll joined the Advisory Committee on the Microbiological Safety of Food (ACMSF) in 2010 to give independent advice to the FSA. With more than 24 years in the catering industry, he has a wealth of experience in the application of food safety, and has lectured students on the subject at Harper Adams.
