Michel Roux Jnr, Theo Randall and Tom Kitchin to star in new TV show

The value of mentoring in the industry is to be the focus of the latest hospitality-related programme to hit our television screens.

During the course The Chef's Protégé

Each celebrity chef will then select two trainees who they will mentor before choosing one to cook for their own mentor.

Roux's mentor is his father, Albert Roux, while Randall will be seen alongside Ruth Rogers who helped guide his early career at the River Café. Meanwhile Kitchin's mentor is Pierre Koffmann.
