Onion Seed Fettucine


30g butter
400g pasta flour
10g salt
4 eggs
20g onion seed


Knead the ingredients together to form a pasta dough. Roll out and cut into fettucine. Boil in salted water and serve with a tomato basil and mozzarella sauce.
