Pabulum wins three-year school dinners contract in Swindon
Pabulum has won a three-year contract to provide catering to pupils at Commonweal School in Swindon.
The ethical caterer saw off competition from larger, national rivals to deliver their ‘fresh food, freshly made' concept to more than 1,000 pupils at the Swindon performing arts school.
The latest award gives Pabulum a hat trick of education contract wins in recent months, following similar successes at Cranford Park Primary School in Hillingdon, Middlesex and Totton College in Southampton.
An eight strong team from Pabulum will work with students to develop a menu of hot and cold fair-trade, organic and locally sourced dishes.
Pabulum's managing director Jonathan Gawthrop said: "We're thrilled that our message of ‘fresh food, freshly made' has been heard above that of our big name corporate rivals by the management at Commonweal.
"We can't wait for the new term to start and the opportunity to show exactly what Pabulum has to offer the pupils."
