Damezin

The five-star, 188-bedroom Balmoral hotel in Edinburgh has appointed Stephane Damezin as restaurant manager of its Hadrian's Brasserie. Frenchman Stephane was previously manager of Gordon Ramsay's Amaryllis restaurant in Glasgow.

The four-star, 187-bedroom Park Plaza in Leeds, Yorkshire, has a new manager Wayne Androliakos. He was previously rooms division manager at the Victoria Park Plaza in London.

Sukey Pangu has been promoted at the 230-bedroom Holiday Inn London Heathrow. Reservations manager Sukey has become revenue and reservations manager.

Moat House Hotels has appointed Eve Sales food and beverage and leisure clubs product manager in a role that will encompass 28 health and fitness clubs and 34 hotels. Eve was previously marketing executive for TRS Management Resources.

Contract catering

Saudi Arabian contract caterer Pannesma has promoted Rudy Haddad to outside catering and banquet manager for the eastern province from his role as area catering supervisor.

Mallory

CB Richard Ellis Hotels has appointed Kevin Mallory as senior managing director to lead the advisory company's hotel practice in the Americas. Kevin has 20 years' experience in the industry, having worked for such companies as Hyatt Development Corporation and Starwood.

Julian Mitchell has been welcomed into the corporate restaurants division of property agent Christie & Co in London. Julian was formerly senior leisure surveyor at Rapleys, a London surveyor.
