Restaurant Associates wins Business to Business Customer Experience of the Year award
Restaurant Associates was the only contract caterer to feature at the UK Customer Experience Awards, when it won the Business to Business Customer Experience of the Year category.
The award recognised the caterer's tailored approach to delivering customer experience for clients through its industry-leading programme Impressions.
Clare Muscutt, customer experience strategy leader for Restaurant Associates, said: "This is our third award for customer experience, having been recognised for excellence in retail customer experience and customer service training. As a client service provider, winning an award in the business to business category really is fantastic."
Restaurant Associates' Impressions programme, which won general customer service training programme of the year at the UK Customer Service Training Awards in July, was shortlisted for three categories at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2012. They included the Customer Experience Training Programme of the Year and UK Professional of the Year.
