Sodexo wins £21m extension to bundled services contract with international exploration and production firm
Sodexo has extended its bundled services contract with an international exploration and production company, believed to be ConocoPhillips, in a new deal worth £21m.
The catering and facilities management firm will provide a range of services including catering and cleaning to the client's onshore sites in Aberdeen, Teesside and Mablethorpe.
Its remote sites division will provide onshore engineering and hotel services to the client's offshore platforms. The original contract was won in 2006 and Sodexo has recently extended it for a further two years.
Paul Cowie, account director for Sodexo Prestige in Scotland, said: "This is a fantastic contract extension for us, which further strengthens our client relationships.
"As a company we are focused on safety, quality and sustainability, and will continue to work alongside our clients to develop innovations that deliver real value."
