Tony Singh partners with GH Event Catering

Asian chef Tony Singh has teamed up with East Lothian-based GH Event Catering,

The new partnership between the caterer and former Great British Menu contestant has resulted in the launch of a new wedding package and Asian catering service.

Brian Galbraith, managing director for GH Event Catering, said: "By infusing his Asian cooking talents with our outstanding ability to deliver first-class events, we should have a winning combination for our customers from East Lothian and beyond.

"We're seeing a real increase in the number of Asian weddings taking place at our Eskmills venue and we wanted to introduce the authentic Asian cuisine aspect to give us an even stronger offering."

Galbraith added that this style of food has also grown in popularity amongst other nationalities.
