Clumber Park Hotel & Spa goes on market for £7m

The 73-bedroom Clumber Park Hotel & Spa in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, has been put up for sale, with a guide price of £7m.

Located adjacent to the National Trust's 3,800-acre Clumber Park and close to Sherwood Forest, the hotel is being sold by property company, Moorgarth Group. It is currently operated on behalf of the owners by Bespoke Hotels.

The hotel, which has recently undergone a refurbishment, features a restaurant, five meeting rooms, spa and swimming pool.

Real estate company Savills is handling the sale. Tom Cunningham, hotels director at Savills, said: "This highly profitable, luxury hotel combines a strong leisure and corporate trade with a successful spa and will therefore offer its new owners multiple income streams.

"The UK's regional hotel market continues to be buoyant and we are anticipating a swift result on behalf of our client."
