Epicurean bar to launch at G&V Royal Mile Hotel Edinburgh

The Epicurean bar is set to open on the ground floor of the G&V Royal Mile Hotel Edinburgh in October 2016.

It will serve colourful cocktails made using home-grown flowers and herbs from the hotel's Evogro hydroponic.

The bar will also serve a selection of Scottish spirits and malts, artisanal Mediterranean spirits, craft beers and wines from select small producer vineyards. It will offer an all-day dining menu with Mediterranean snacks and an extensive mocktail list of drinks made with hand-pressed juices.

The 136-bedroom, five-AA-star hotel is part of the Quorvus Collection, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group's luxury brand, as well as the 404-bedroom May Fair hotel in London. In addition to opening Epicurean, the G&V hotel will be fully refurbishing its ground floor lobby and reception.
