Eugene McCluskey becomes head chef at Washbourne Court

Von Essen Hotels has appointed Eugene McCluskey as head chef for Washbourne Court, in Gloucestershire.
He joins Von Essen with more than nine years' experience in the hospitality industry, most recently at the George Hotel, Shipston-on-Stour, where he held the position of executive chef.
Previous roles include senior sous chef for the Welcombe Hotel in Warwickshire and head chef at 947AD at the Royalist in Gloucestershire.
