Jason Adams appointed general manager of Arden hotel
Jason Adams will take the reins as general manager of the transformed Arden hotel in Stratford, which has undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment.
Adams has worked in the industry for two decades and has held posts at hotels including the Royal Crescent, Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons and Seaham Hall hotel and Serenity spa. Most recently, he worked at the Atlantic hotel and Ocean restaurant in Jersey.
Meanwhile, Adam Brown has secured the position of head chef at the same hotel. He has previously worked at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Chelsea, Le Champignon Sauvage, Cheltenham, and the Arden's sister hotel, Mallory Court in Leamington.
He recently helped secure a second AA Rosette for the Brasserie, a more informal restaurant in the grounds of Mallory Court. He will work alongside Eden Hotel Collection executive chef Simon Haigh, who has held a Michelin star at Mallory Court for eight years.
