Marcus Wareing launches George's Bar in King's Cross

Marcus Wareing has launched George's Bar at the Gilbert Scott restaurant within the St Pancras Renaissance hotel in Euston, London.

Bar manager Dav Eames has created a cocktail list that uses ingredients from the kitchen alongside cuvées. The first cocktail to be showcased will be Bee Keeper (lavender-infused Bombay Sapphire gin, Melfort Farm honey, sloe gin, lemon, hibiscus and elderflower).

In addition to the launch of George's Bar, Wareing is working on projects for his farm in Kent. Wareing also intends to use Melfort Farm honey throughout the company.
