Michelin-starred the Yorke Arms up for sale
Located in Ramsgill, near Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire, the hotel was bought by chef Frances Atkins and her husband Bill more more than 20 years ago,
It is situated within an 18th century coaching house and shooting lodge, which features four courtyard apartments, two dining rooms with a total of 60 covers, bar, lounge and snug.
The sale is being handed by property company Lambert Smith Hampton.
Alistair Greenhalgh, director - hotels, Lambert Smith Hampton, said the Yorke Arms is a "renowned business" which has undergone "tasteful renovations and refurbishments" in recent years.
"The characterful hotel offers customers a peaceful escape with countryside views, while the restaurant enables an experienced operator to take on a business with an established customer base and excellent reputation."
