Planning granted for Dominvs Hospitality's Manchester hotel

Dominvs Hospitality has been granted approval to build a 306-bedroom hotel in Manchester.

The hotel will be developed on Aytoun Street in Manchester City Centre, close to the city's Malmaison hotel and DoubleTree by Hilton.

Designed by Urban Innovations, the planned four-star hotel will be built by McAleer & Rushe on a site which has been vacant for almost 20 years.

Dominvs Hospitality director Preet Ahluwalia said: "We are very much looking forward to working with our design and build team to create a stylish new hotel for Manchester on this site which occupies a prime position and complements the highly successful 250,000 sq ft mixed-use Piccadilly Regeneration Project."
