Corrigan takes over Bentley's

Lindsay House chef-proprietor Richard Corrigan has taken over London fish restaurant Bentley's in Mayfair in a joint venture with contract caterer Searcy's.

The Irish-born chef is continuing his relationship with Searcy's joint deputy chairmen Richard and Nigel Goodhew.

The restaurant is scheduled to reopen in October after a complete refurbishment.
