Chef Daniel Boulud is to open a new Bar Boulud in Boston, USA, to add to his New York and London sites.
The French-inspired bistro and wine bar will open at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston, in autumn 2014. It will be Boulud's first restaurant in Boston.
Aaron Chambers will take on the role of chef de cuisine. Most recently he was chef de cuisine at Boulud Sud, Boulud's Mediterranean restaurant in New York City.
Bar Boulud at Mandarin Oriental, Boston will be designed by Adam D. Tihany of Tihany Design.
The original Bar Boulud opened in 2008 on Manhattan's Upper West Side, followed by a second location at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London in 2010.
