Operating in Paris for the last two years, this concept restaurant promises a dining experience to awaken the senses. Meals are served in complete darkness by visually impaired waiting staff.

Food: Start with the three tastes of asparagus: sesame and lime tempura, mousse and steamed with butter and lemon pepper. Then have the chargrilled fillet of crusted barracuda, mild curried dauphinoise potato, beetroot mousse and coconut sauce. Finish with Cointreau truffle, honey and chocolate pudding and a chocolate macaroon.
