Dot Rice buys prime restaurant site in King's Lynn

Dot Rice, the East Midlands and East Anglian-based Oriental restaurant group, has snapped up a new site in one the best restaurant locations in King's Lynn, Norfolk.

It occupies three floors in a Grade II-listed building in 23 Tuesday Market Place, the largest of two historic market place squares in the town. It is close to the Corn Exchange and adjacent to the Prezzo restarant.

It becomes Dot Rice's 13th outlet and its third under the Wok N Grill brand, joining existing venues in Lincoln and Cambridge.

Intrinsic Property was seeking offers in the region of £65,000 per annum for the new lease. Blackwell Consulting acted for the new tenants.
