Loch Fyne buys new site in West Sussex

Loch Fyne Restaurants has bought a new site in Midhurst for an undisclosed sum thought to be in the region of the £130,000 asking price.

The 17th century building in the West Sussex market town, which is set to open as the specialist fish restaurant in June, has been bought on a 20-year lease.

The site has 70 covers and an outside patio and takes the group's portfolio to more than 30 properties.

Property agent Christie & Co brokered the deal.
