The Lonsdale restaurant in Notting Hill, London, has relaunched with a new team alongside a new steakhouse menu and newly fitted interior. The Lonsdale team is headed up by director Tim Gardner, formerly general manager at Cocoon, the Crazy Bear hotel and the Wellington Club. Gardner is joined by general manager Jasmine Walters, formerly operations manager at Cocoon and maître d' at the Club at the Ivy. Before working at the Lonsdale, head chef Jason Wallis was head chef at the Hawksmoor steakhouse in east London and the Palm restaurant in Belgravia.
