Feel-good fast-food concept Bel Air opened in Paul Street in London's Shoreditch in March, offering a slice of LA living in London. Open for breakfast and lunch, it serves light, healthy dishes developed by chef Damian Currie, formerly of Lardo, Zucca and St John.
