Indian food company Patak's has unleashed a new range of traditional Indian street-style frozen snacks for the catering trade made from fresh ingredients and secret spice mixes with authentic flavours. It includes three varieties of bhaji formed from fresh vegetables, herbs and spices mixed in a gram flour and chickpea batter - onion (30g), garlic mushroom (26g) and vegetable (30g) - which sell in cases of 30. The two styles of pakora - a battered snack using marinated chicken breast - are chicken and Kashmiri chilli, which sell in cases of two trays each holding six 22g pakoras. The samosa range of filled 35g pastries come in vegetable and chicken options that sell in packs of 30.
