Rick Stein, Mark Hix and Tom Booton are among the chefs lined up to cook at Who’s Cooking Dinner at the Dorchester hotel in Park Lane to raise money for Leukaemia UK on 2 March.
The three will form part of a 22-chef line-up that also includes Clare Smyth, Tom Kerridge and Chantelle Nicholson.
On the evening each of the celebrity chefs will cook a four-course meal for one of the 25 tables of guests, with the diners left in suspense as to who is cooking dinner for them until the evening.
200 guests are expected to attend the 21st year of the fundraiser which was founded by restaurateurs Chris Corbin and Peter Gordon to support research into leukaemia and other blood diseases. The organisers hope to bring the total funds raised since the event began to £9m.
