Antifoam autotapping from Cooler Max

Cooler Max is a Swedish beverage dispenser using an automatic tap system that makes it suitable for pubs and for sites where large amounts of drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) need to be served during a very short period - as demonstrated at its UK launch at Wimbledon.

The system, which can be linked to a smartcard and a coin or token slot, can also be used for self-service in a mobile bar, as it does not need trained operators.

Unlike its rivals, the four-tap system does not require that the glass be held manually during tapping, so can dispense four drinks at the same time, delivering a pint in less than 10 seconds. Exact portioning eliminates spillage, which can run to 20% or more in manual systems.

It is said to be the only model that controls foaming, by tapping the beverage through an unbroken cooling system. Cooler Max can be installed into a bar in less than two hours.
