Details Four new offerings for the Christmas cheese board include a goats' cheese, a ewe's milk cheese and two cheeses from grass-fed cows using vegetarian rennet.

Goat Aldwych Goat, exclusive to the supplier, is a versatile, firm-textured log produced in the West Country from thermised milk and vegetarian rennet.

Cow The unpasteurised, blue-veined Cote Hill Blue from Lincolnshire delivers a soft, creamy texture, a buttery sweetness and a subtle kick. Mossfield Organic from southern Ireland is a hard cheese with a rich colour and Gouda-like nutty (and slightly herby) flavour.

Ewe Ibargui, a hard cheese that is matured in caves in the Pyrenees, offers a springy texture and a floral, diverse flavour.
