The [700XP and 900XP rangesprovide tailored space-saving, cost-saving and energy-saving solutions for all professional chefs, whether they work in quick-service restaurants, full-service restaurants or high-productivity kitchens.
"Our new approach to product development has allowed us to create a range of products that has been tailored specifically to individual segments of the market," said Electrolux horizontal cooking category manger Riccardo Sartor.
"The result of this innovative approach has been to raise the standards of customer service to a new level and ensure that our products will make life easier in a food service kitchen and improve efficiency."
Innovatory highlights of the range which improve cooking efficiency and productivity include:
â- An extra large, 200mm-thick mild steel cooking surface on the 1,200mm-wide 900XP Fry Tops that can cook 50 hamburgers in just a few minutes;
â- The versatile XP Ref-freezer base, which can be set as a refrigerator or a freezer and combine with any top appliance;
â- A unique Energy Control on the XP Gas Pasta Cooker that finely regulates the boiling temperature to cater for more delicate foods. An optional Energy Saving Device will boost productivity without using more energy; and
â- A 50% reduction in cooking times on the split-level 900 XP Gas Convection Oven
Smaller kitchens can opt for space-saving, multi-functional cooking units by teaming a Ref-freezer base with any top appliances (such as a PowerGrill or FryTop) or by positioning the Gas Convection oven below the Flower Flame gas burners, solid tops or fry tops.
The new lines also include electric, infrared and induction tops (including wok); automatic fryers; multifunctional cookers; braising and boiling pans; bain-maries; electric chip-scuttles; and stainless-steel work tops and bases.
